New Cosmetic Production Line

AED worked with a global chemical facility to support in the installation of a new process production line, eliminating the need for outsourced tolling which proved both costly and volatile. Scope of work included the design of additional storage capacity, a new packaging line, and associated equipment, ultimately increasing product volume by 40% while ensuring ample plant feedstock supply. AED's design recommendations led to reduced site emissions, elimination of supply chain risk, and improved quality control.
